TRAINED READY & ARMED ONLINE TRAINING REFUND POLICY
Full payment is required to complete enrollment. If a participant has multiple failed payment attempts with a credit or debit card their account will be locked and they will not be able to continue with enrollment. Please note Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting LLC does not provide refunds for the purpose of changing the participant’s payment method.
The cost of each course (the "Course Fee or Payment") grants access to the content for each course for a limited time, up to a limited time after the course is completed.
- Withdrawal with Refund
After enrolling in a course, participants may request a withdrawal with refund up until 24 hours after the start of the course. Please note, this is 24 hours after the course materials become available, not after the participant logs in. We encourage all Participants to log in to their course as soon as it starts to confirm it will be a good fit for their learning needs. To request a withdrawal with refund, email, [email protected] - Please note, the cost of each Course Fee includes a nonrefundable $19 processing fee. If a participant requests a withdrawal with refund, Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting will issue a refund to the original payment method used during enrollment, minus the $19 processing fee. If the course fee is less than $19, a $5 dollar processing fee will apply.
- Withdrawal without Refund
If a participant withdraws more than 24 hours after the start of the course, the participant will not be issued a refund.
Stopping payment on a credit/debit card or other payment methods is not a valid means of withdrawing from a course. If a participant stops payment without following the Trained Ready & Armed process for withdrawal, the participant will remain responsible for paying the course fee.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with Trained Ready & Armed and it’s associated websites (the "Service") operated by Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") to promote and provide available firearm instruction courses and classes and information related thereto to the general public.

Purchases/Sign-Ups
If you wish to purchase any product or service such as registering for a training course made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
E-MAIL/SMS TEXT/CAN SPAM
By providing your e-mail address or cell phone number you agree and consent to receive e-mail messages and sms text messages from Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting, until you opt out. You can opt out at any time.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service including the name, manner, type, location, or availability of any firearms class may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services including firearm classes. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service are governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). If the Services are billed on a subscription basis you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting LLC by email.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Trained Ready & Armed Defense Training & Consulting LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
